Step 1: Request for Service System

The ‘Request for Service’ launches an operation or service delivery event by providing front line workers with client look-ups and tools to check file history. Initiating a request using advanced rules based data capture techniques allows workers to focus on serving the client, rather than spending value time recording information.

Various services, programs or other operational events have an entry point based on electronic or paper based filing of an application request such as a request for a service, requests for goods, an admission or application, or any other event that launches a process offered and managed by your organization. It relates a data look-up for creation of requisitions, program applications or other events. Request types include goods (e.g. requisitions), income support requests, permits and licenses.

In consultation with the program sponsor, and based on a program’s regulatory requirements, Rogue’s request for service ‘Electronic Business Agent’ plug-in is configured to support your program offering. Examples include:

  • Request for Service
  • Requisitions
  • Claim Requests
  • Travel Requests
  • Government Program Requests (such as a Request for Income Support)
  • Business Application Forms (any administrative, operational or manufacturing service request)

Using the Rogue Workbench Module, information is created or a unit of work is retrieved for action. Additional information may be collected during an interview or application request and incorporated into the resulting transaction. When digital signatures are not yet implemented, forms for signature are printed and captured across the workflow continuum.
